From tackling personal decisions to reaching important milestones, my job is to guide you on the path of success. I’m fueled by my commitment to excellence and go the extra mile to make sure clients are fully satisfied with my work.

I have been a non-profit executive for twenty-five years working for and with non-profits. I have a master's degree in social work with an emphasis on Policy, Planning and Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and am a licensed master social worker in the state of Missouri. I am also a silver tier #IamRemarkable trainer for Google, a certified Agilities Coach with the DeBruce Foundation and have certificates in volunteer management and coaching from St. Louis University and Washington University. Additionally, I have worked with various boards, committee and councils as a member and/or held an executive board position. Finally, I have a deep commitment to working with non-profits in rural areas, where often resources have to be created due to lack of access.
